Phil has a continued interest in urban regeneration issues and in particular, initiatives prompting the re-introduction of residential provision into city/town centres. Having been involved in a number of successful projects of this type, Phil is currently developing similar schemes in Leeds, Chester and Manchester. Phil has experience in a wide range of major commercial, residential and urban design projects as well as ongoing involvement in the design of major sporting venues.
